A1 Property Services has made it to the Top 150 Roofing Contractors
Each year, Roofing Contractor takes a look at the roofing professionals in the United States and begins an in-depth look at how successfully they run their business. Although Roofing Contractor orders each of the Top 150 solely on the basis of their annual revenue, their criteria actually does tell a lot about the contractor. In the local roofing business, success is gained or lost by these two factors: (1) customer acquisition, and (2) customer retention.
Customer acquisition occurs when roofing contractors prove that they are professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. They are able to assess, analyze, and offer a solution to the roofing concerns of homeowners and business owners alike.
Customer retention occurs when we follow through on the promises we make; putting our clients needs first, backing our workmanship, and making ourselves available for any follow-up services or questions.
Last year’s revenue, which earned us a spot on the Top 150, indicates that we have both gained new clients and retained the ones we already had. We’re looking forward to this new year along with its new possibilities!
